Sign in and manage your PureOHS account
This article explains how to sign in to PureOHS, find your organization, recover your user name, reset your password, and update your account settings.
Before you begin
- User names are unique, but they are not case-sensitive.
- Password requirements are set by your organization. When you create or change a password, PureOHS displays the minimum requirements and allowed characters on the screen.
Sign in to PureOHS
- On the PureOHS sign-in screen, enter your organization name or organization ID.
- Select Next.
- Complete the second sign-in step based on your organization’s setup:
- If Single Sign-On, or SSO, is configured, you are directed to your company’s login screen.
- If SSO is not configured, enter your PureOHS user name and password.
If you need to enter a different organization, select Change Organization to return to the organization screen.
Find your organization
If you do not know your organization name or ID, select Forgot your organization? on the first sign-in screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
Get help signing in
If your organization does not use SSO, select Need help signing in? on the sign-in screen. From there, choose the option you need and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Recover your user name: Enter the requested information. If the email address you provide matches a valid email address in PureOHS, you will receive an email with your user name.
- Reset your password: Enter the requested information. A password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your user name.
Choose a sign-in method when dual mode is enabled
If your organization supports both SSO and a regular PureOHS user account, you can choose which sign-in method to use after entering your organization ID. After you select the user type, follow the sign-in steps shown on the screen.
Update your account settings
To update your account settings, select the icon in the upper-right corner of PureOHS, then select User Profile.
