Voice Verification is a security protocol that allows the system to verify your identity throughout your training. You'll be prompted to complete the enrollment after launching any course that requires voice verification.
Note: We recommend that you complete the enrollment and verification in a quiet environment with as little background noise as possible
- Follow the instructions on the screen by calling the number shown and entering the pin number you've been assigned.
- Once the call is complete, select the checkbox to verify that you are the account holder.
- Select Agree & Continue and you'll be able to continue your training.
