Attached is the spreadsheet containing all FY2027 ICD-10 changes, including new codes, inactive (deleted) codes, and revised codes.
Clients should review the spreadsheet and remove any rows for codes they do not wish to load into SYSTOC. For example, some organizations may choose not to import specialty codes that are not relevant to their practice.
The file is formatted for the standard ICD9FREE import. The import will:
- Add any codes that do not already exist in SYSTOC
- Update descriptions for codes that already exist
- Mark deleted codes as inactive
