Overview
Hosted customers who require User Administrator permissions must submit a Customer Authorization Form (CAF).
A User Administrator is an authorized contact who can request user account changes for your hosted environment.
When should I use a CAF?
Submit a CAF when:
- You need to become a User Administrator.
- Your organization needs to designate a new User Administrator.
- An existing User Administrator is no longer with your organization.
- Your organization does not currently have a User Administrator on file.
What can a User Administrator do?
Once approved, a User Administrator can request:
- New user accounts
- User removals
- Changes to users
These requests are submitted using an Account Change Form (ACF).
Need to update users instead?
If you are already a User Administrator and need to add, remove, or modify a user account, use an Account Change Form (ACF) instead.
